Our first solution to create this type of service is by finally introducing a Client Portal where you can have access to everything you need to receive the best landscape experience possible. Here are some quick features of the client portal that will be at your fingertips:
The dashboard gives you a quick overview of everything we are doing on our end to make sure your property is being taken care of, all estimates, schedules, communication notes, payment history, etc. can be seen on the dashboard.
You can manually change and add the payment methods you would like for us to charge once an estimate is approved and the service has been completed.
The two options moving forward are debit/credit card or ACH. There will have to be a payment method on file before service is provided.
All estimates will be published on the platform for review, denial, or approval.
All job sites that we have records of, scheduled visits and services, as well as visitation details given from crew notes will be published for you to view and have a history of.
